Large vintage galvanised wirework wine storage locker.

Freestanding,lockable storage cabinet.

Another versatile item of true British vintage. This ex school storage cabinet is constructed from super tough galvanised 'crimped' wire and stands on four 'hairpin' feet.

Twenty large compartments with hanging rails and small bakelite number tags are set above smaller corresponding slots, ideal for shoe storage. We think it would have been used to hang children's clothes whilst gym/PE lessons where taking place (not quite long enough for adult coats).

This cabinet has the added benefit of double doors with a simple sliding latch and hasp which can be padlocked, making it ideal for storing wine or other valuables. The unit would also make an ideal merchandising unit in a shop/restaurant window as it looks equally good when viewed from all sides.
