Vintage Kingfisher Stacking Chairs
Beech timber with steel structural joints.
These great stackable chairs, originally made by Kingfisher, they are light, strong and space efficient. These particular ones, salvaged from the NEC in Birmingham, have had the timber sanded and re-oiled.
They are one of the best vintage chairs we have found as they don't rely on glued wood joints for their strength - the steel brackets screwed to the sides and backs take the strains of day to day use. To make them stronger still, we add further metal brackets under the seat panel to ensure a rugged longevity we dont see in most vintage timber chairs.
We usually have a significant number in stock so whether you need four for your table at home or more for a cafe or bar, please contact us to enquire about them.
Also available is one taller Stool Version (see image No:9 in the image-stack-gallery below).
£55 each painted brackets / £70 each polished brackets.
