MID CENTURY INVISAFLEX BENCH OR CEILING LAMPS POLISHED ALUMINIUM & STEEL CONSTRUCTION |
||||
Circa 1960's Invisaflex machinists bench mounted lamps with three arm sections. Constructed from square section burnished steel arms with lightly polished alloy base, neck joint, and shade. Identical arm configuration, but with slight differences e.g some have wing nuts at the joints others just regular hex nuts, one has slightly shorter top arms sections. The electrical flex is completely concealed, passing through a rotating channel at each joint, hence the name 'Invisaflex'. They rotate at the base and neck joint giving them huge flexibility of movement and a long reach, as well as being relatively light which also allows for ceiling mounting. We can supply these lamps re-wired with a short 'tail' for your electrician to connect. If required we can supply on a plinth for use as a desk lamp, we rewire with 2.5 metres of vintage style cable and a black vintage style plug fully PAT tested prior to dispatch.
