Mid century converted heat lamp.
Amazing combination of metallic elements.
This is the third of these amazing converted heat lamps we have had the luck to restore in recent years. We have carefully stripped back the worn, dirty cream paintwork and hand polished this lamp to enhance the stunning combination of copper, chrome and cast iron.
A clever circular joint with butterfly adjusting nut allows for a pivoting horizontal movement, whilst the angle of the shade can be fine tuned via the neck joint. The highly reflective, mirror polished interior of the shade provides maximum illumination. We are supplying this lamp complete with edison (screw in) filament bulb, inline switch, chocolate brown cloth flex, black plug and full PAT test.
The full polish has emphasised the contrasting metal elements, including a weighty cast iron base, chromed brass stem, chromed steel arm with counterweight and polished copper shade.A truly dazzling combination and one of the best examples of this type of lamp we have had in stock.
