A card dealing 'Shoe' of dazzling quality, 'Le Banquier' is french made (Parisian) circa 1930's for use in Baccarat or Black Jack. The body is weighty, constructed from mahogany with a slanted steel base.A concealed roller within the angled wooden 'wedge' slides smoothly forward pushing the cards through the sprung bronze dispenser . Ivorine label to the top instructing the banker. These shoes often have handles at the back however this one features bronze locating pins on the underside which proabably anchored the shoe onto the playing table.
