CAST BRONZE & COPPER

A pair of vintage caged marine bulkheads, spun copper backs seated within cast bronze hinged fitments with clear domed glass lenses. Probably the best quality marine bulkheads we have restored, bearing the initials RI embossed on both the glass lenses and one of the legs. Each leg is slotted for wall or ceiling mounting.

Carefully dismantled, cleaned and gently burnished leaving just the right degree of verdigris & tarnish. These are unlaquered, allowing the patina to further develop over time

Each lamp has a standard ES fitting, the lens is housed in a rubber seal allowing them to be used inside or out (when fitted by a professional electician). If you wish to use them indoors with a cable & plug they can be re-wired & P.A.T tested.
