ANTIQUE BRASS ARTICULATING VANITY MIRROR

WALL MOUNTING WITH BEVELLED MIRROR GLASS AND ROTATING JOINT.

A useful size bevelled vanity or shaving mirror on an antique brass hinged mount, this allows the mirror to be folded flat against the wall when not required. An articulating ball and socket joint at the point the mounting plate joins the bracket enables full rotation and precise angle adjustment.

The arm was once chromed, fragments remain on the lightly polished brass which we have left unlacquered to allow further patination to appear over time. Foil silvering on the back of the mirror is worn in places but the front of the mirror is unaffected showing just a little wear around the mounting holes. The mirror can be unscrewed for cleaning by turning the little brass knobs on the back of the mounting plate.
