1950's REXEL COMET STAPLERS

'BRITAIN'S BEST STAPLER' IN CHROME & STEEL

Post war, top quality staplers made by Rexel, called 'THE COMET' and reputed to be 'BRITAIN'S BEST STAPLER'. After 50+ years the chrome is faultless although the paintwork shows wear, the sleek lines of the chassis nod towards 1950's automotive design. We have several models with metallic paintwork in pewter or gold & all are in perfect working order.

Engraved with the COMET logo on the side, the size and typeface differ slightly on the two models, however they operate in the same way. Depressing the tab at the back with the 'PRESS' logo causes the staple drawer to shoot open at the front for loading with No.56 Rexel staples ( still readily available).
